THEME SCRIPTURE:
Hebrews 11:3 (KJV)
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
MESSAGE:
The importance of faith in God, cannot be overemphasized, especially in this end-time in which Scripture predicts that people’s hearts shall fail them for fear, as they observe the things that are coming upon the earth (Luke 21:26).
Faith is God’s language! It is God’s universal language for all people, of all races. Regardless of the language you speak or your mother tongue, God will not hear you if you do not speak it in faith; I mean, faith in God’s Word. Our theme Scripture says, “Through faith we understand that the worlds (i.e. the universe, with all that is in it) were framed by the Word of God. The Greek word translated “The Word of God” in this context is “Rhema.” Rhema is the spoken Word of God.
In other words, God spoke the universe into being. The things we see and perceive with our senses were made from things which cannot be seen.
The unseen material God used to create the universe is His Word; and if we have faith in God’s Word, we will also speak His language by calling the things which do not exist as though they did.
God is calling on all His children to begin to speak His language if we’re ever going to live the victorious Christian life, enjoy His most unusual favour, and make a difference in our world.
