Hebrews 13:4
4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
Marriage breakthrough is when your marriage in honourable against all odds. Love is difficult when we are always commanded to love but never receive love. It is spiritual to ask God for marriage and break through to marry. There is a dimension of love we get in marriage. Let every man have his own wife and every woman her own husband. You have many things – have a wife or husband also.
As one waits to get married, it's needful to have these:
1• Faith
- Don’t be double minded (James 1:6-8); decide you want to marry now. That is the prophetic direction for having marriage.
2• Faithfulness - Ruth’s faithfulness earned her a husband (Ruth 1:12-18). She persisted and she got it. Persist in holiness. Remain in purity. Don't compromise on virtue. Study and develop yourself towards marriage.
3• Favour
- Above all marriage is a blessing of God’s favour (Proverbs 18:22). Sometimes we simply don’t deserve the spouses we have. Trust God to bless you with a n honourable marriage.
Until you are convinced that you deserve an honourable marriage and that you can and should have one, it may never happen. "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them"
(Mark 11:24). Release your faith.
Prayer: Pray for yourself or for someone that none will fail to enter an honourable marriage; A marriage decorated with CARE, COMPANIONSHIP and CONJUGAL RIGHTS.
