8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
The explosion of the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost is comparable with the Jubilee. The Holy Ghost filled the apostles and they exploded with the power of God and set people free from the power of the devil and the world (Acts 2:1-4, 37-47). They were empowered to ignite the move of the Holy Ghost that made disciples in nations and made the Church of Jesus Christ settle in the nations of the world. It is not the will of God for believers to preach the Gospel in places and depart without a lasting presence.
Jesus Christ wanted the disciples to EXPLODE and SETTLE (BE ESTABLISHED) as witnesses in Jerusalem, all Judaea, Samaria and the uttermost part of the earth (Acts 1:8). The purpose of Jesus Christ is to build an impregnable Church that fulfils God’s agenda on earth. The explosion of the power of the Holy Ghost should produce a settled Body of Christ on earth.
We are supposed to infiltrate the world, saturate it with the power of God and make impact. This mandate of God for us is being opposed by the gates of hell but the Church will prevail (Matthew 16:18-19). To settle and fulfil the PURPOSE of God, believers must have ownership of PROPERTIES or possessions, take our rightful POSITION, exercise POWER and attain PERFECTION.

Pray and declare that you will live to declare the works of the Lord.
