As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.
A common method to sharpen steel, or iron, is to use a similar piece of metal. When the two scrape against each other, both pieces are shaped and rough spots are removed.
The person you choose as a friend will have a huge influence on you.
So, you have to be intentional in selecting who becomes your friend because that person is going to influence you to a large extent.
It is my prayer that God will grant you the grace to choose the right friends and the courage to break away from bad friends too.
